“Make a pass at...”
<英語でdefinition!> Talk to a man or woman with the intention of dating them.
ここでの"pass"は、「色目」という意味です。"Make a pass"は「ナンパする」「言い寄る」というイディオムで、at以下に言い寄る対象を付け加えることができます。
ちなみに"pass"には、アメフトなど球技の際に「パスを出す」という際の「パス」の意味もあります。状況/文脈によっては、"make a pass"は、「（球技の最中に）パスを出す」という意味にもなります。
例文 I am sure that man with the dark blue shirt made a pass at me. He was constantly complementing my appearance.

＜Will と be going toの違い＞
Willとbe going to はどちらも＜未来＞を表す時制の文で使われますが、両者の用法は多少異なります。Willは話し手が実際に起こるかどうかがわからない未来の動作について言うときに使われ、be going toは確実に実行されるはずの動作について言うときに使われます。
