Victoria:	Mm, she certainly seems very capable. But I also really liked Paul. He came across as someone who would work well under pressure. And he seems like a team player. I think it’s important that whomever we chose gets along well with all the staff here.
David:	I couldn’t agree more. We don’t want someone who won’t fit in or is sensitive to criticism.
Victoria:	Okay, so, all in all, I think I’m leaning towards Debbie, unless you have any concerns.
David:	No, I also think she would be great. Let’s make her an offer.
