<英語でDefinition!>Stop holding onto something.

まずは、このセンテンスを見てください。

この文は、事実を淡々と述べた文です。これにドラマチックさや印象付け、重要性を加えたい場合には、主語（they）を省き、「With a ～ of」を用いることで、そのニュアンスを伝えることができます。
