“It will do you good.”
<英語でdefinition!> Doing something will improve your state of mind.
"do good" は「役に立つ」「ためになる」という意味です。"It will do you good."は、直訳すれば、「それ(it)をすることがあなたの精神状態に良い影響を与えます」ということになります。
