「It’s no big deal」
<英語でdefinition!> Nothing to be concerned about.
この表現は日常もよく使われますので覚えていると便利です。「大したことじゃない」という意味です。
例文:I broke my watch last night, but it’s no big deal, because I get my company bonus next week so I can easily buy a new one.
（昨晩、時計を壊しちゃったけど、全く大したことじゃないよ。だって、来週には会社からボーナスをもらえて、新しい時計をすぐに買うことができるからね。）

英語の形容詞には”very”の意味を既に含んだものがいくつか存在します。つまりこれらの形容詞は”very”と一緒に使うことができません。例えば、「おいしい」という形容詞に”delicious”があります。この単語には既に”very”の意味が含まれているので、”very delicious”というと間違いになります。
右側の単語は全て”very”の意味を含んだ形容詞です。左側に並んでいる形容詞の中から同じ意味に相当するものを選び、ドラッグ＆ドロップで回答しましょう。右の単語をドラッグし、左に並んだ正解の単語のところでドロップしてください。

| Eric: | And how much sunlight does the new place get? |
| Bill: | Well, the bedroom is pitch black in the mornings, which is perfect for me. In the last place, my bedroom faced the East. |
| Eric: | Ah. So did you often get woken up early in the morning? |
| Bill: | Sometimes as early as 4am! Really annoying! And when I opened the curtains, the sunlight was dazzling. It was so bright, it hurt my eyes! Now I don’t have that problem, thankfully. |
| Eric: | Yes, but I bet in winter your bedroom will be freezing in the mornings without the heater on! |
| Bill: | This might sound strange, but I actually like sleeping in a very cold room. |
| Eric: | Then don’t come to stay with Yumi and I in winter. She has the heaters on all day and night at full heat. It’s boiling - like being in a sauna! |
